1. Are these items new or used?

Most of our items are pre-loved (used), but we handpick them for their quality and style. We also occasionally have "new with tags" items!

2. How do I know the condition of an item?

We check every item carefully. Any minor flaws (like a small mark or missing button) will be clearly mentioned in the product description.

3. How do I pay for my order?

We currently accept:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Bank Transfer

4. How do you clean the items?

We recommend that you wash or dry-clean all items before wearing them. While we keep them in a clean environment, a fresh wash is always best!

5. Do you ship all over Pakistan?

Yes! We are based in Karachi, but we ship our products to every city in Pakistan.

6. How do I return an item?

If you aren't happy with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of delivery. Just send us a message on Instagram or WhatsApp to start the process.

7. What are the conditions for returns?

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.

  • Tags (if any) must still be attached.

8. Who pays for return shipping?

Customer will cover the return shipping costs unless the item sent was damaged or wrong.

9. When will I get my refund?

Once we receive and check the item, we will send your refund via Bank Transfer or EasyPaisa within 48 hours.
