Replacement Policy

  • Products are eligible for replacement only, not for refund.

  • If a replacement is approved, the customer will receive another product/shoes of the same value instead of a cash refund.

  • Replacement is subject to product availability.

Shipping & Replacement Charges

  • All shipping, return, and replacement charges must be paid by the customer.

  • Any product sent back for replacement without prior approval will not be accepted.

Conditions for Replacement

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with original packaging intact.

  • Replacement requests must be made within the specified timeframe after delivery.
