We only offer replacements if:

• You receive the wrong item.
• You receive a damaged item.
• You receive the wrong size .

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos or a video of the issue.

The item must be unused and in its original condition.
The customer is responsible for returning the product to us for a replacement.
